Refund policy

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale items,  monogram & embroidered items, and swimwear are FINAL SALE.

You have three options when requesting a return/exchange:

1. Return and Refund: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return is received, you will receive a refund confirmation.
   
2. Return for Store Credit: Once your return is received, we will issue store credit (totaling the price of item prior to tax and shipping) to you via email.
3. Exchanges: Exchanging for the same item in a different size is no additional cost. After requesting an exchange and shipping the item back to Classy Cradle, we will ship the new size.  Exchanges are limited to IF WE HAVE the correct size in stock.
